This year, the pitch meetings will be happening during the Brunch Event, Sunday, 10AM - 3PM in a "bullpen" format. Each person or company that you want to pitch or consult with will have their own station - once you enter the bullpen, you'll be able to sit with anyone you'd like to for the specified amount of time, on a first-come-first-served basis.
